High pressure will build into the region giving us plenty of sunshine.  While temperatures will remain cold over the next few mornings, highs are still expected to reach the mid to upper 60s this weekend.

We are expecting a stronger system next week that may bring a decent chance of rain beginning as early as Monday night.  The system seems to lack instability so I’ll leave the thunderstorm chances out of the mix at this point.  I do think we’ll see some lingering showers and cloudy skies Wednesday.  We’ll keep you updated here on Fox6.
