Rainy Night in Alabama
Look for a very rainy night ahead across the state. Rainfall will be locally heavy at times. Rainfall amounts of 2-3″ are likely in many Alabama communities, and there could be some flooding issues in localized areas.
The wet weather will end from west to east across Alabama tomorrow, exiting the state into Georgia sometime early tomorrow afternoon.
Cooler weather will push into our state for the weekend. Highs Saturday and Sunday will reach only the 48-53 degree range, and overnight lows will approach freezing both mornings.
The next storm system waiting in the wings will produce more rain as early as Monday night into Tuesday.
