Gonna be a gray, cool day today across the area…fog has formed along most of I65 this morning, with visibilities as low as a half a mile in spots…motorists should use caution on the road this morning. Where there is fog, it should lift by midday as drier air begins to move back in this afternoon behind the cold front that is moving across the state. Sunday should be sunnier, but cool, with highs only reaching the mid 40’s after morning lows back down in the 20’s. A warmup is in store for the rest of the week, with highs mostly in the 50’s and lows in the 30’s. We will be watching a wave of low pressure along the Gulf Coast for the midweek that should bring rain to south Alabama, but at this time I think all that rain remains to our south.
