New Tornado Watch

A new tornado watch has been issued until 12 AM CT / 1 AM ET that includes Russell and Barbour Counties, including some other counties in Alabama and Georgia:

The severe threat should dimish for East Alabama pretty quickly as the line of storms moves off to the east, and the environment becomes more stable. In fact, I would expect those counties to be cleared from the watch in the next hour or so.
Isolated tornadoes are of course the biggest threat, but areas of heavy rain will be causing flooding and flash flooding as the line pushes into Georgia.
