A shot of colder air has arrived in the Heart of the Valley this morning.  Even with some sunshine today it will be a struggle to hit 40 for a high.  If you think today is cold just wait until the weekend.  Temperatures will likely be the coldest of the winter so far.  Arctic air is expected to push into the area by Friday.  Highs by Saturday may not climb above freezing and lows are expected in the teens…that’s pipe bustin’ weather!
