It’s all about the rainfall with Ida.

The Tropical Storm is making landfall this morning, but the rain associated with this system is affecting our area in north central Alabama. We have a flood watch in effect through this afternoon and a wind advisory until 6pm.

Rains from Ida could still be with us through the night into Wednesday morning. But, the rain should end going into tomorrow afternoon, followed by decreasing clouds.

Thursday through the weekend should be clear to partly cloudy.

A slight chance of showers returns to the forecast by Monday.
